OSP-WHIG Coordination Establishes Systematic Intelligence Manipulation Pipeline

Pentagon’s Office of Special Plans under Douglas Feith establishes regular coordination protocols with the White House Iraq Group to create an intelligence manipulation pipeline that bypassed traditional CIA vetting processes. OSP officials including Michael Maloof and David Wurmser met regularly with WHIG coordinators Karl Rove and Scooter Libby to coordinate the production and dissemination of fabricated intelligence reports.
